Charles Dauber is President and CEO of American Electric Technologies, a leading provider of power delivery solutions to the global energy industry and is an active advisor to early-stage technology companies. Charles has over 25 years of experience in leading high tech, high growth companies and has led companies as start-up CEO/founder, as CEO of a Venture Capital backed Silicon Valley start-up, and as CEO of publicly traded AETI for 7 years. He has helped take two companies public and is best known for his role in the turn-around/pivot of CacheFlow into Blue Coat Systems, eventually resulting in the sale to Symantec for $4.65B. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas with emphasis in Electrical Engineering and Marketing and resides in Houston with his family.
